    Hello,

If what you are seeing is "DNS" server, and not "DSN", then this may mean that you are encountering a Domain Name Server (DNS) error. This error occurs when a server cannot connect to a browser because the server is having issues translating a website address.

For us to provide an accurate resolution, we need to know the exact error message. Can you post back a screenshot? Click here and find a thread created by Shawn 'Cmdr' Keene to know how to include a screenshot in your post. Please make sure that no personal information can be seen on the screenshot.

Meanwhile, if it is indeed about a DNS error, we recommend that you check "Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding" error message in Windows 7. This article provides troubleshooting steps that may help you resolve the problem.

Post back with an updated status of this issue if you will be needing further assistance.
