Hi evryone,

I have set up an NLB cluster for my Remote Desktop Web Access.
From the same network I can access to the NLB, but with Direct Access I cannot.
Do you have any solutions for this issue ?

I don't have access to the Direct Access server nor to its configuration, I created an RDS farm with NLB for the Remote Desktop Web Access, but this NLB is only accessible in the LAN, and not with Direct Access.

Please recheck the configurations, here's a deployment steps for Install NLB for RD Web Access Servers.

We have Windows 10 Enterprise and Windows server 2019.
Direct Access works.
The problem is that the URL which contains the NLB works from the company network, but when connecting from another network with Direct Access, it does not work.
