How to Fix Windows Server 2012 R2 Error Code 0x8007003B "An unexpected network error occurred"?

Hello. I want to report a problem, which is  happening on the Windows Server 2012 R2.When I logged on a Windows 2012 R2 server remotely and dragged the file to the local computer(win 7 or win 10),and then throws an error message that reads as follows: “An unexpected error is keeping you from renaming the folder […] Error 0x8007003B: An unexpected network error occurred”.(For large capacity files，such as Database backup file>50G)
