    Hi Remon,

Sorry for not replying soon. I was away.

I had removed the USB, but on plugging it in again, the message "failed to extract application dependencies".

I cannot obtain the inform the information stored in that USB again. Is there anyway I can read the content? Or is the stored information lost forever?

    Thank you for the information.

No you can't recover any removed files, but you can reformat the USB again. You can try to safely remove the USB first.

If safety remove didn't work, you need to shutdown your PC first before removing the USB to avoid any USB problem.

Let us know if you need further help.

    Hi,

-No, I am not trying to drag & drop the files.

-No, not to other USB devices.

-Removing the USB from computer after work done.

-Yes. Not working with another computer.

My friend suggested I may have removed the USB from the computer while it was still running?

If that was the case, can that USB be recovered? or reformatted again?

    Hi,

Based on your concern, we would like to know more information to isolate the issue:

    • Are you trying to drag and drop the files?
    • Is it happening to other USB devices?
    • What specific activity are you doing with the USB?
    • Have you tried using your USB with other computer?

We will wait for your response.
