Resized object not saving in 3d Builder

I just started using 3d Builder a couple weeks ago.  I used it to resize numerous 3d models to a smaller size and re-saving them as OBJ or STL files.  As of today, all new files I try to save... the resized model is being resized to 100.02 mm when I re-open it in 3d Builder.  Example, I am trying to save a model of a bowl to just 10mm.  If saved as STL, OBJ, or PLY (3 of the saving options), it converts the model to 100.02 mm.  It retains its new proportions when saving as 3MF though.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thank you for any help.

You cannot save the unit of dimension into STL or OBJ files. The files will retain the proportion of the model, but they will be unit-less.

When you open a STL or OBJ file in 3D Builder, it will ask you what unit to use (e.g. mm, cm, etc.). Make sure you pick the right one before importing.
