ssh from linux to windows using openssh not working

Question

I'm trying to ssh to window server 2016. I installed open SSH, and I can ssh to my linux machine from windows. My question is how can I ssh from linux to Windows?

When i used ssh ******@ip4.add.r.ess from my linux machine the ssh timed out. Is there a guide someone can send me?

Server 2016 and other Windows Server versions are supported via TechNet so best
