syswin64.exe error Windows 7

on windows 7 a few days ago a command prompt kept opening and closeing the name of it was  C:\users\D\syswin64 and it shows this

    it happends randomly and i have tried to turnback my pc a weekago (before it started)

    do u think  the program that makes the error is corrupted?

    What is this program?

    Did you install it?

    Can you uninstall it?

    You shouldn't ask yes/no questions unless you expect the answer to be either "yes" or "no". You probably wanted to ask How can I get this to stop?.

    You say that it keeps happening. Your first step should consist of making a note WHEN it happens. Regularly? At what times? Randomly? When you do something specific? Since we cannot see your screen you need to do the basic detective work yourself.

    You could, of course, run rstrui.exe in order to set Windows back to a point before you became aware of this problem.
