'This folder is empty.' in the 'This PC' folder

Hi,

Today I was working, and I downloaded some files. Later I was going to locate the files I downloaded into my SD card, but then I realised that the 'This PC' folder was empty. Is there any way possible to fix this?

    Hi,

    There are a lot of possible reason for this matter to occur. To isolate the issue, we have some questions for you:

    1. What type of files did you download? Is it a .PDF file, .xcs file, etc.?
    2. Have you tried searching to other folders or in the search bar?
    3. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    It is possible that the files were corrupted during the download which causes the files to be unsaved or undetectable. We suggest that you refer to Automatically diagnose and repair Windows file and folder problems and see if there are any changes.
