I tried what was proposed in the link you sent, but I still get the same error "No DLLs were found in the waterfall procedure".

By the way, the error occurs not on all computers - I tried it on 4 different PCs, I get error on 2 of them, one of them is 32-bit system, the other is 64 bit system.

    Hi Svetlana,

To isolate the issue, what program are you running when you see the error "No DLLs were found in the waterfall procedure?"

We're looking forward to your reply.
