I want to know if this file was important , how I bring back that file ? thank you .

According to the screenshot you posted that file is associated with the adware program known as  “DealPly” which is considered a PUP (potentially unwanted program).  Looks like Kaspersky did what it was supposed to do.

If you have questions about a Kaspersky program you should contact Kaspersky.
