Error code 805a01f4

Question

my game needed an update clicked on update an it says error 805a01f4 ive tried turning phone on and off dusnt work need help please

I the same problem turns out my OneDrive is full I deleted some garbage and hey presto I could download again . But the game didn't work deleted it tried again got same code. Returned to OneDrive did same again it worked. But back to error code again and not working

I have had this error code before when I googled it the answers that came up were from other people who posted on this site and the answer that worked for me was to simply turn my phone off then on again and it worked

It could be an issue on your internet connection. We suggest that you download the application update through WiFi for stable connection. If the issue still persists, you can perform a soft reset and then update the app again. To do a soft reset, press and hold the Volume down and Power button at the same time until the phone vibrate and restart. Take note that you should not touch the device screen during the process.

yes its a game 

yes i have correct time & settings

no i dont use wifi

model is Nokia Lumia 630

not sure what OS means
