Cant reset tablet "Additional disk Space Needed"

Hi, evidently Windows 10 wants around 5gb of disk space in order to reset this tablet. Problem is, it's a Windows/Android tablet (Teclast X86), and I'm nearly positive it never had near that much disk space when it was new for the Windows end of it, and it had no bloatware to speak of to do away with  I think it had a couple or three GB, but either way there is no way I'm going to come anywhere near that number, I don't wan to say I'm so capable there is no way I couold have missed something but I do know to get rid of restore points/do a disk clean up and have gone through the c drive till I ran into  I have to have builder permission or something like that to delete these files error whentrying to get rid of anything the PC would allow me too.

The lack of disk space it the very reason I need to recover as the SD drive sorta worked when I first got it, then it quickly started dropping the inserted card out now and won't even show installed tested working SD's.

Also, the forced signing of an MS account just to test Cortana  resulted in a ghost account being magically created that I cannot get rid of, even after coming here, so I now have to sign in to my  tablet each time. That may seem like no big deal but I hate it.

So, probably best if I can just figure out how to do a reset if it's even possible, in order to easily get past very time consuming problems now and in the future. Any help resetting this thing would be appreciated. :)

Hi,

We understand that you're having issues trying to reset your Windows tablet device. Make sure that you're logged in as administrator if you need permission to manually delete files. In addition, since you're unable to move files externally as the USB ports are not recognizing SD cards, uploading some of your files using a cloud service can help.

In addition, you can refer to the article below to optimize your Windows 10 device before trying to perform a reset:

Tips to improve PC performance in Windows 10

We also recommend contacting the device manufacturer for further assistance with resetting the device.

Feel free to post again if you have other concerns.
