Command line closes immediately after launch.

My command line won't launch properly, it will just pop up and close instantly. Removing "AutoRun" value from "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor" registry OR launching it with /d paramater: run-> cmd /d does the trick. AutoRun starts everything on pc startup ASAIK and it needs to be there. I once launched it having it disabled in registry - PC booted to desktop and that's it, nothing proceeded after that. That's annoying, anyone knows anything about this?
