I have a problem with open testing tool "HPE Unified Functional Testing ( UFT)". I have installed 60 days of trial version and It's installed correctly but an error message came up whenever I try to open this  and it's saying this: "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

My OS is Windows 10. (Not licensed)

Hopefully you guys can tell me what to do to solve my problem.

Thank you

    Hi Pooja,

There are a lot of possible factors for this matter to occur. Firstly, I recommend that you activate your Windows 10. By activating your Windows 10, it will provide you a more secure and stable system. One possibility for any issues to occur is due to Windows is not activated. So kindly activate your Windows 10 if possible.

In regards with error message, it is possible that there are running applications in your computer's background that is blocking the application to work properly. To perform clean boot, follow these steps:

    1. On the search bar, type MSConfig.
    2. On the System Configuration, check Hide all Microsoft Services and click on Disable all.
    3. Under Startup tab, click on Open Task Manager.
    4. Select each startup item, right-click and select Disable.
    5. Close Task Manager.
    6. On the System Configuration, click on Apply then OK.
    7. Restart PC.

Note: Reset the computer back to Normal Mode once you are done with the troubleshooting by following the section "How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" from the same article.

For more information regarding clean boot, click here.

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards.
