Error Code: Exeption_Access_Violation

I have tried everything and I keep getting this error violation when I try to use Facebook and various other sites.  I ran my Anti Virus and nothing comes up but yet when I google this question they are saying it may be a virus or Trojin?

How do I get rid of Error code: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION?

    Hi Olivia,

    The error message Exeption_Access_Violation might be due to a variety of reasons. One of which is due to permission limits.

    That being said, do you have administrator rights on your PC? Is your PC a personal PC or a work PC?

    Can you tell us the websites you've successfully accessed?

    How about using a different web browser? Have you tried it?
