Server 2012. Sonicwall VPN. Windows 10 Client. Updates current.

I have several users that connect to a file share over a VPN. They all belong to the same security group. As of Friday afternoon one clicks on the file share and sees nothing in the right hand pane of Windows explorer. But it does show as connected. I can open another instance of explorer and connect via \servername\sharename. No errors, same thing. I have remapped the drive, changed her password, rebooted, reconnected to the VPN, same thing. I've never seen this before, eithyer you connect or you don't , but never just not seeing the files. No problem with any of the other users, just the one. I can just do a \servername and see the shares and drill down, but once into the share it's blank.

Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    1. Please try to disable the Windows firewall as a test to check if the issue still exists.
    2. Please check if there's any third-party applicaiton running on the client, such as anti-virus application, if yes, please try to uninstall it.
    3. Please try to set the "Network Location Awareness" service to be Automatic startup, check if is could work.
    4. If the above still not work, please try to create a new account on the machine, check if the new account could access.
    5. Please also try to recreate the share on the file server, check if it could work.

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Anne
