LogonUI.exe - userdata.dll missing
Hi support team,
User getting this window every time he tries to lock/log off/log on to his windows 7 pro computer.
Error says... The file "file.mpp" cannot be opened.
-I’ve gone through this steps as found in a similar answer on this site
Method 2:
If the above method does not work, I would suggest you to boot into the **Windows Recovery Environment** and then run the following commands:
a. Select Command prompt in the options available.
b. You need to change the location to C:\Windows\System32 and then execute the below given commands and press Enter after each command:
ren LogonUI.exe LogonUI.old
cd..
cd winsxs
dir *LogonUI*.*
cd amd64_microsoft…[the full path under which directory the file is present]
copy LogonUI.exe C:\Windows\System32
c. Reboot the computer and check if you are able to boot to the desktop.
Yet error is still showing
