Hello,

I have a 1TB seagate backup plus portable drive and whenever I try to send large files from my PC to the drive it starts sending them it stops, no error messages. It just stops, all I get is "calculating time" and the sending speed is stuck at 0.00kb for hours.

Although I can send files from my drive to my pc.

I need assistance, it is very frustrating!

Have you tried connecting the USB drive to another USB port to see if it happens?

Have you tried in another user account to see if the problem persists?

    Press Windows key + X

    Click Device Manager

    Expand Disk drives

    Right click the external drive

    Click uninstall

    Exit device manager

    Restart then try again.

    Tried it, Same issue.

I tried different ports and cords. Didn't work.

Also tried using the device on other PCs, same issue.

I have also gone to device manger to troubleshoot, it says the drive is working fine.
