Command in command prompt not working

Question

I am trying to boot my computer but ehen i pit the command bcdedit /set {default} safeboot minimal, it does not work. Please someone help. P.S i am using his link https://www.digitalcitizen.life/4-ways-boot-safe-mode-windows-10

This error may or may not be a corrupt disk.

What prompted you to do this first of all?

Are you not able to get into windows at all?

I’ve had a problem with getting my computer working again, was getting help but the gentleman helping me stopped responding. Ok I just looked at that ticket. We are all on different tome zones so it maybe late at night for him. Which it is for me soon.
I would recommend a clean install but if you want to wait for Greg to respond up to you.
