i am having a problem updating a missing SXUPTP driver ?

    We'd like to ask few questions so we can isolate your missing SXUPTP driver concern. Kindly answer the following:

    • What's the exact error message when you're trying to update driver?
    • How did you update it? It it form the Device Manager or manufacturer's website?
    • Which operating system are you using? Are you on Windows 7?
