    Hi,
    To help you better, I suggest you contact to Kronos WORKFORCE support as they will be more professional on your issue.
    Because this is not a Microsoft software So I can't confirm if the software needs to change the machine.config or the Microsoft. NET \ Framework component to connect Kronos Workforce remotely from home.
