Activate Windows

Hi Everyone.

I'm trying to activate my windows key but it fails with this Error code: 0xD0000452.

I tend to get a lot of updates and most of them fail. Sometimes, It says your windows 10 is not compatible with the updates.

Kindly suggest what to do.
