I get this every time when i run some benchmarks or tools...

Configuration:

I7 7700

Gigabyte B250-HD3P

HyperX Fury 8GB stick at 2133mhz (no overclock)

Cooler Master Hyper 103

Seagate FireCuda 1TB

Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 650W 80+Plus Gold

And no GPU because prices were too high at that time

The system was very stable and benchmark scores were very good.

After 6 months the prices went a little bit down so i've bought an Asus GTX 1060 Strix 6Gb

After mounting it in my pc I've reinstalled windows and installed all the drivers and programs.

I've started Gmod but the performance was extremely low (but a little better than Intergated Graphics).

Than over a while i tried to play Unturned and the performance was the same.

I've run cinebench and it was freezing sometimes with the screen going black for a few seconds and than finishing the test like nothing happened

Intel Processor Diagnostic tool has the same behaviour.(It also passes the test)

When it does like this i get that error.

I tested many other games and all were running very laggy for this hardware.

This are the things I've done but nothing seems to work:

I've reinstalled:

-drivers

-Windows

-Games

  • Video Card drivers

I've replaced:

-The video card with a Gigabyte GTX 1060 Aorus 6Gb(nothing has changed,i have the same performance and all the errors like before)

-Ram with another stick(nothing has changed,i have the same performance and all the errors like before)

-Power supply with a Corsair CX650 80+Bronze(nothing has changed,i have the same performance and all the errors like before)

-SSHD with another one(nothing has changed,i have the same performance and all the errors like before)

Other things that i've made/discovered:

The graphics card is not overclocked

The processor is not overclocked (because i can"t)

RAM is not overclocked

Bios is running at default settings

The temperature on the CPU do not exceed 61C in any stress test/game

CPU Turbo works, all cores can run at 4.0GHZ at the same time

Graphics card temperatures do not exceed 55C in any stress test/game

All power supply cables are plugged in corectly

HDMI cable is plugged in my gpu.

The weirdest thing is that i get very good scores in any benchmark but in-game performance is extremely low.

I don't know what to do anymore and i don't have money to change all the parts in this pc so it will be great if we fix this.

Thank you.

All 3minidumps were essentially the same:

BugCheck 117, {ffffa58a410ef010, fffff8029d7ec170, 0, 458}

Unable to load image nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys

Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+17c170 )

nvlddmkm.sys dated 2/23/2018 Nvidia video drivers.

Check with your System/Motherboard Maker and Nvidia Supports. their online drivers, and ask in their forums about any known issues. Update the driver if possible and if not you may need to revert back to an older stable version.

Be aware that this could be the driver, the video device, or the motherboard or other hardware causing the device failure.

Hi GideaMihai, I am Rob, an independent and a 10 time and dual award MVP specializing in Windows troubleshooting and Bluescreen analysis. Please remember as independents we are not responsible for the development of Windows or the computer hardware and drivers. If you will work with me I will be here to help until the issue is resolved.

Most often the BuhCheck 117 is a video driver issue. Check with the video device maker and update the driver. Ask their support and forums about any known issues.

This utility makes it easy to see which versions are loaded :

Run DriverView - set VIEW to Hide Microsoft drivers - update those without Dump in their names (and update BIOS and chipset drivers).

DriverView - Free - utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system. For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver, description, version, product name, company that created the driver, and more.

    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html

For Drivers check System Maker as fallbacks and Device Maker's which are the most current. Right Click the Start Button - Device Manager - Display Adapter - write down the make and complete model of your video adapter - double click - Driver's tab - write down the version info. Now click Update Driver (this may not do anything as MS is far behind certifying drivers) - then Right Click - Uninstall - REBOOT this will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat that for Network - Network Card (NIC), Wifi, Sound, Mouse and Keyboard if 3rd party with their own software and drivers and any other major device drivers you have.

Now go to System Maker's site (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (as rollback) and then Device Maker's site (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI as examples) and get their latest versions. (Look for BIOS, Chipset, and software updates at System Maker's site while there.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - Right Click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after each installation.

Repeat at Device Makers - BTW at Device Makers DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - check manually by model.

Manually look at manufacturer's sites for drivers - and Device Maker's sites.
