It's possible that your Boot Configuration Data is corrupted, that's why you're experiencing the issue. To resolve your concern, we recommend that you follow the steps that were provided by Trybird last January 27, 2016 in this thread: Your PC/Device needs to be repaired - Error code: 0xc0000098. Remember to read the instructions thoroughly. You could also refer to the other troubleshooting methods that he provided in that thread.
