Microsoft Azure Fundamentals: using Azure CLI to create a virtual machine

hi guys! recently I am preparing Microsoft AZ-900 (some Azure Fundamental knowledge) and I have some questions, may you help me?~
I think the Q77 solution (the picture below) is right, why the answer is false? I also could not get the explanation...

    In my opinion, your understanding is correct and the answer should be A: Yes.

    After installing CLI in Win 10 computer, it is possible to login to azure subscription and create VM by running CLI code.

    Sometimes the answers are not correct on such practice test site and don't trust on those answers.
