I bought my wife a new pc and when I was going through setup, I loaded my email and password, it copied my PC (not the same, she has a laptop that is going bad), how do I replace her desktop and favorites over mine, all her info from old PC ?

You are best off switching to a local account, the switching to a Microsoft Account using her address.
Open Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options
Click Sign with with a Local Account
Follow the on screen instructions.
Log into the new local account.
Open Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options
Click Sign with with a Microsoft Account
Follow the on screen instructions and sign in with the correct credentials belonging to your wife.
