Remote desktop not working

Hello,

  RDC will connect but immediately shutdown.  Tried all the typical quick fixes and forums.  Hope someone can help me.

Win10 Pro, Surface book, i7, Here is the event log.

    I found a short term solution using the RDP app from the Microsoft Store, but would like the windows program to work correctly.

    Additional information.

    Removed last windows security update: KB4043961

    Ran scan now
