2、Confirm the Erp Ready setting is Disabled in BIOS setting

3、Confirm usb keyboard can wakeup system in sleep mode

4、Intel Management Engine Interface driver.

    Hi Kelly,

If everything has already been checked, then a probable cause would be corruption within the user profile.

However, have you checked if the mouse is allowed to wake up the computer via Device Manager? Here's how you can check:

    1. Type "device manager" in Cortana's search box.
    2. Click on the arrow beside Mice and other pointing devices.
    3. Right-click on HID-compliant mouse > Power management > ensure it's allowed to wake the computer up.

If you don't find HID-compliant mouse, try looking the one related to your mouse.

Let us know if you need more help.
