werfault.exe error problem

i cant seem to fix this problem , i'd like to ask for help , because even though i disabled it. it wont stop showing on the game that im playing called RAN ONLINE , my friends doesnt have the same problem that i have. thankyou

    Hi,

    Werfault.exe is a Windows Error Reporting process. This feature can determine and fix application in the Windows system. It is used to send or report internal error data and also receive possible resolution or updates to the reported error.

    Your PC becomes extremely slow to respond when you've encountered this error.

    We recommend disabling Werfault.exe to resolve your concern. Follow the steps below:

    1. Click Start, locate Control Panel then select System and Security.
    2. Scroll down, click Administrative Tools.
    3. Right-click Services, then click Run as Administrator.
    4. When Services window opens, choose Windows Error Reporting Service.
    5. Double-click on it and hit Stop.
    6. Check if you will experience the same issue.
