Acer aspire e1-572g dual graphic does not work on windows 10

I have a Acer Aspire E1-572G - intel core i7 - AMD Radeon R7 m265 2GB - 8GB ram
I'm having this problem since I've got Windows 10. in Windows 7 it was working but now dedicated graphic card (AMD) is not working when playing games or heavy graphic duties and it become useless.
Even in simple games such as PES 2017 when I go to setting it says "you don't have enough Graphic" and game run at BAD graphic and flickers. But in windows 7 it was good and smooth.
Every time I try to install new AMD Crimson driver, system freezes and I have to Restore using Backup & restore option in Safe mode.

windows : 10 - Enterprise - build number 18363.1316
AMD driver version : 15.201.1001.0

I solved it thanks to someone's suggestion.

1- Remove all graphic driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller) in safe mode.
    2- restart
3- install AMD Crimson 16.6.2 (newer versions will freeze and won't work)

    enjoy full functioning graphic!

I'm unfamiliar with hardware but it seems that you are facing a problem with dual graphics.

I figured out that Asus computers don't use the same drivers as every other computer with Nvidia graphics cards. I had to go to the Asus website and download their drivers. Wow it was so simple, and I made it so much more complicated. Maybe Acer computers have specific drivers for AMD graphics cards. 3.
