Error: "Windows cannot be installed to this disk

I have an advent DT2111b I am trying reinstall window 7 on to new hard drive WD Blue 1TB following my old hard will not bootup at all

when i try to install windows from windows 7 home prmium 64bit iso disk 

when i go to custom i get "Windows cannot be installed to Disk ..." When I click the "Show Details" link next to that, I see a dialog that says, "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu 

the disk 0 allocated space 

the format option is grayed out 

i have also tied to install it from the backup disk i create when i got the computer  but i get error "wim file is missing"

i have looked on the bios screen can find the disk controller (asrock h61m-dgs uefi)

any help sorting this out please

    No option in the boot menu

    Here is a picture of a typical UEFI / Legacy boot selection option. Maybe the AsRock web page has some instructions for this. Keep in mind that I do not know if this would solve your problem. It's just a guess.

    how do u put UEFI in Legacy boot options as i can't find that option 

    If your BIOS supports UEFI then you will find this option under the Boot menu.

    Maybe toggling the UEFI/Legacy boot options in the BIOS will solve your problem.
