hi i am trying to update my nokia e7 which is currently on 014.002 and i tried nokia software recovery toll but it freezes my laptop on win 10 now i dont know what to do can any one help me with that even small help will be appreciated and product code is 059dot8. Thanks

AFAIK 059D0T8 RM-626 israel qw dark grey only ever received Symbian Anna 025.007 because of Hebrew. If you don't mind loss of this language, there is nothing stopping you from manually updating to generic Belle Refresh. Nokia Software Recovery Tool only works for Symbian Belle devices as here:https://support.b2x.com/articles/23628296
