SCCM Issue-"the service account of the sql server instance is not supported"

Sccm has stopped working and db team told to reconnect the database. But we are getting the below error

"the service account of the sql server instance is not supported" what could be the issue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for posting in Microsoft MECM Q&A forum.

    1.The logon account for the sql server cannot be a local user account. You must configure the SQL server service to use a valid domain account. You need to use the SQL Server Configuration Manager tool to change the service account:
    SCM Services - Change the Service Startup Account

    2.Here is a similar thread for your reference, the problem was solved by just enabling "SQL Server Browser".
