After I recently installed windows 10 upgrade Version 1709 I am getting the Error Message : Stop Code Video Management Internal.

I Have been running Windows 10 on my HP Envy  TS 14 for some time without any problems, but now this.

Below are the details of my system.

I have downloaded and installed the latest drivers for the Intel and Geforce video cards.

How can I resolve this.

Cheers,

Rudi

I had to replace the HD, after that all was well. But none of the troubleshoot procedures pointed to faulty HW or SW. I removed and re-installed various pieces of HW & SW until the problem was finally found. Even Dell's troubleshooting program did not find the faulty HD. The computer is a Dell XPS 435T.

I have same problem with my Lenovo Thinkpad E460. This my laptop spec:

    • Windows 10 Pro-32 bit
    • Intel Core i5 @ 2.30GHz
    • RAM DDR3l 12 GB (4+8)
    • VGA Intel HD Graphics 520 (Lenovo) + ATI AMD Radeon R7 M360 (Lenovo)
    • HDD 931GB Western Digital WDC WD10SPCX-08S8TT0 (SATA)

This error always happens after log in to desktop. I also downloaded and installed the latest drivers for the Intel and Ati Radeon video cards. Firstly, my laptop only have 4 GB RAM, so I assumed error happened because lack of memory. Then I add 8 GB RAM, but still not working.

    You can try these options:

    http://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2017/05/fix-windows-fails-to-load-in-pc.html

We can only find the root cause using the dumps so if you can provide that, it would be great

    Hi Marvin,

    Thanks for you prompt response.

My laptop is a different machine and have different HW so I could not ( the system would not) install these updates with the exception of the Intel Rapid Storage update.

But that did not fix my issue. since the occurrence of this problem  I had installed the latest drivers for the Gefore and Intel video HW and the HD IDT audio drivers, but that did not resolve the issue.

BTW, I failed to mention earlier that this error message/ crash only happens when the system awakes from the sleep mode.

    Hi Rudi,

The possible cause of this issue might be due to software conflicts or missing components of your device's settings. We suggest that you follow the reply of Gerry C J Cornell on this thread for solution.

    Looking forward to the result.
