increase quota cpu per region: cost

Question

hey, i understand we have a quota per region on cpu,
i wanted to make sure that requesting to increase limit will not cost money, and that the new cpu that we get after the increase of cpu will still be calculated as pay as you go pricing method.

Based on your question.
To increase vCPU quota limit in Azure there is no charges and after increase quota limit pricing will be calculated as PAYG.

To request a vCPU quota increase by region from Help + support:
