Windows Update Error 8024400D

I am running Windows Update to Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64bit with RDS Role it is always failing with error 8024400D

If I untick "Give me updates for Microsoft Products and check for new optional Microsoft Software when I update Windows", it works just fine. So I am thinking this is being caused by other Microsoft Products?

Searching this error 8024400D points me to those forums who are using WSUS but I am not using WSUS.

I have tried:

* Reinstalling Windows Update Agent

* Windows Update Troubleshooter

* Resetting Windows Update, Deleting registry keys, Deleting C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

* Installing System Update Readiness Tool

* Remove and reinstall Microsoft Silverlight

* Remove and reinstall Microsoft Office 2013

* Renaming C:\Windows\System32\wbem\Repository

* SFC /scannow - no violation

What could be the problem and how to fix it? Below is the log. Thank you.
