Double Sorting not working, Shift + Click doing absolutely nothing.

Hello, I'm posting this question because I've been trying this all day with no success, I'm trying to sort a Work folder by Date Created with the folders sitting at the top of the directory, but Date Created automatically puts the folders at the bottom, I tried the famous method of setting up Date Created and then Shift + Click Name to bring the folders up, but all it did was rearrange the entire folder by name.

Shift + Click for double-sorting seems to be disabled in my Windows 10, is there any place where I could check if I accidentally disabled this shortcut? Or anything else that might affect it?

While I'm sure this is small comfort, it's still working here. I don't know of any setting that would disable this.

I hate to say anything that sounds like a canned answer, but in this case, I would check in Safe Mode and also try creating a new user to test the behavior there.
