You should have support for DirectX 9 already. Windows 10 has DirectX installed by default and is dependant on your graphics drivers.
What Features levels do you have if you run dxdiag.exe in the Run command.

When i install DirectX it shows this
is there any fix? I am buying Garry's Mod today and it requires DirectX 9 (It says Recommended)
and if I cant install DirectX I just wasted 37.15 DKK on nothing

DirectX11 is backward compatible with DirectX9. There is no need to download DirectX9 since you already have the latest DirectX version available on your computer. The game should work with DirectX11.
