Try using Revouninstaller to remove the older version of Visual C++ 2017 x64 then try again.

Whenever I try and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable an error window pops up telling me that it cannot find the folder coontaining the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi'. It asks me to locate where the msi would be but I cannot find it. my only option is to hit cancel and whnever I hit cancel it tells me "Error 1714. The older verson of Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 x64 Minimum Runtime - 14.12.25810 cannot be recmoved. Contact your support group. "0x80070643 - Fatal error during installation."

I've already done this, I've tried literally everything the x64 in the only one unable to install. After I hit cancel on this it tells me to contact the technical support since an older version is installed. (there is no other version installed)
