    Hi,

A faulty RAM memory is one of the possible reasons why you are having a blue screen with error code Memory Management error. We suggest that you try to isolate the issue by removing the newly installed RAM memory. If there is no issue after removing the new RAM memory, kindly contact the store where you purchased the device to ask for a replacement.

Should you need further assistance, don't hesitate to get back to us.
