Hello, I ran into a BSOD this afternoon saying Faulty Hardware Corrupted Page. I ran a mdsched.exe, restarted and upon entering the desktop it stated the following title "Your computer has a memory problem".

I ran the following test below (verifier):

To evaluate the computer environment files are needed for troubleshooting.

This is a command to run using administrative command prompt.

It will automatically collect many of the needed logs and place them on the desktop.

Place the logs into one drive and then post them into the thread.

Make sure that the default language is English before running the command so that the logs can be troubleshooted.

Copy and past the whole command:

    copy %SystemRoot%\minidump\*.dmp "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop"&dxdiag /t %Temp%\dxdiag.txt&copy %Temp%\dxdiag.txt "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\SFdebugFiles"&type %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\hosts.txt"&systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"&driverquery /v > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\drivers.txt" &msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"&wevtutil qe System /f:text > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\eventlog.txt"&reg export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\uninstall.txt"&reg export "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components" "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\installed.txt"&net start > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\services.txt"&REM wmic startup list full /format:htable >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.html"&wmic STARTUP GET Caption, Command, User >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.txt"

Hi and thank you for the reply,

I have Nox player installed onto my computer and I do have that file.

Is this the problem to the BSoD? If so, does deleting it fix the memory problem?

    1. Please re-post a share link for MSINFO32 and save it in NFO format so that it is in the same format as you view it on the computer.
    2. Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for 8 or more passes.

The computer has 16 GB > plan to run the test for 24 or more hours so that you have 8 or more passes.

If there is 1 error you can end the test.

    1. Use your smart phone camera to take a picture of the memtest86+ version 5.01 results and post into the thread
    2. Do not use any other memory testing software and make sure it is memtest86+ version 5.01:

    http://www.memtest.org/

Using windows driver verifier it displayed Vbox as the problem driver.

    This may be incorrect.

If you have this software on the computer then Uninstall Vbox

Also use file explorer to search for YSDRV.SYS

ysdrv

VBox Support Driver

    <File>??\c:\program files (x86)\bignox\bignoxvm\rt\ysdrv.sys</File>

    Hi,

When a component of an operating system has been missing or corrupted, your computer will function in an unusual behavior. To make sure that your files are in a healthy state, it is imperative to repair or restore them since they are part of Windows.

Regarding on the thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-update/bsod-finding-and-fixing-them/1939df35-283f-4830-a4dd-e95ee5d8669d, we would like to confirm if you already run the System File Checker tool? If not, you can visit this link: Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files to know how to run this tool.

Get back to us if there are any findings after the scan.
