first i download offline package and install it but it say "Blocking Issues:

The .NET Framework 4.7 is not supported on this operating system.

Setup cannot continue because a dependent update needs to be installed before you can install this product on Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012. "

i clicked on the link and that's has been showed "

Workaround

To work around this issue, install the d3dcompiler update from following links before you install the .NET Framework 4.7. The update is also available on Microsoft Update Catalog and through Windows Update.

 • On Windows 7 SP1 x86, use this link.
 • On Windows 7 SP1 or Windows Server 2008 R2 x64, use this link.
 • On Windows Server 2012 x64, use this link. "
 • and downloaded windows server2012 x64 but it says error 0xc8000222
