Anybody have a good walk through on how to fix the below

The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{9BA05972-F6A8-11CF-A442-00A0C90A8F39}

and APPID

{9BA05972-F6A8-11CF-A442-00A0C90A8F39}

or

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{6B3B8D23-FA8D-40B9-8DBD-B950333E2C52}

and APPID

{4839DDB7-58C2-48F5-8283-E1D1807D0D7D}

Using a surface pro 5 with Surface Dock and  2 external monitors.

    Unless there is an issue with the computer, DCOM errors can be safely ignored.

    My perfectly working system too lists hundreds of those everyday
