Server 16 random bugchecks with reboot

I have a server 2016 that has been getting a random bug check for about 3 months now.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff802ab7a1540, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 7e61515c-2ec2-4a6f-af51-54d2977482a5.  The .dmp file is 4 gb.  I have saved a copy and deleted the original so that can at least be cleared out the next it happens with hopefully a much smaller dmp file.

I have updated the bios and chipset for it.  

I have ran sfc /scannow.

I have ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

    Thank you for the information and sorry for the delayed response. If the hardware vendor suggested to rebuild Windows 10, you can do so and give us an update on how it goes. You can also refer to this article for recovery options in Windows 10, in case a similar issue happens again.

    The hardware vendor believes its a bad stripe and thus only a rebuild would fix.

    Hi,

    This might be caused by corrupted system files. Since SFC and DISM scan did not work, even updating BIOS and chipset, let's try another workaround and see if it will work. Perform a check disk to check hardware issue. Follow the steps below:

    1. On the search box, type cmd.
    2. Right click on the Command Prompt and click Run as administrator.
    3. You might be prompted for the administrator account credentials to continue. Enter your credentials then click Yes.
    4. Type chkdsk /r in the Command Prompt windows and hit Enter.
    5. You might be asked for a scheduled disk checking, enter Y.
    6. Close it once done and restart your PC.

    If the issue still persists, you might have to consider performing a clean install of Windows.
