Hi Samuel. I'm Greg, a volunteer installation specialist and 8 year WIndows MVP here to help you.

Go ahead and enter Setup via the utility. Try changing the CSM or Legacy BIOS setting to Enabled. This can happen because an AHCI driver is pushed by WIndows Update that toggles the UEFI firmware that replaces BIOS to the more modern UEFI setting. If it's installed in the older Legacy BIOS mode to an MBR disk then ti won't start until CSM (Compatibility Support Module) or Legacy BIOS is enabled to do this.

Also while in Setup check the Boot priority Order. For Legacy or CSM it needs to have the hard drive first to boot. For UEFI it will change it (usually during install) to Windows Boot Manager.

What are these settings now? Include the settings for UEFI, CSM, LEgacy BIOS, Secure Boot, Fast Boot.

If changing these still doesn't make it start, then report back the settings as the exist and the other choices available and I'll help you sort them out.

As a last resort you can also set the drive to UEFI, boot the WIndows media to delete all partitions to clear the drive formatting, click next to auto-create and format the needed partitions and begin install. Follow the illustrated Clean Install steps in this tutorial which compiles the best possible install that will stay that way as long as you stick with the tools and methods given: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
