Touchscreen not working.

Good afternoon. I am using a RhinoTab M1 Mobile Tablet running Windows 10. On Saturday Feb 24th I was using the computer throughout the morning and had no issues. Later that evening I went to use it and the Touchscreen function is no longer working. Everything else appears to be functioning normally. After investigation into the Hardware and Drivers, I came across the following:

In Device Manager, under Human Interface Devices, the HID-compliant touchscreen is only visible when I go to "View" and select "Show Hidden Devices". Even then, it shows up grayed out. When I go into the Properties, then Update Driver, it states that the driver is up to date. The location shows On USB Input Device, and a message displayed below

"Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)"

If I View Events, and View all, I go to Feb 24th and there are couple of events around the time it stopped working:

6:18:16pm - Error - "The previous system shutdown at 5:40:38 PM on ‎2/‎24/‎2018 was unexpected."

6:18:20pm - Critical - "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

6:18:16 - Warning - The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ROOT\SENSOR\0000.

6:18:16 - Warning - The local adapter does not support an important Low Energy controller state to support peripheral mode.  The minimum required supported state mask is 0x491f7fffff, got 0x1fffffff.  Low Energy peripheral role functionality will not be available.

It would appear that the unexpected power loss is what may have contributed to the issue, as that is roughly around the time the Touchscreen stopped working. Can you offer some troubleshooting solutions to get it working again?

    Hi John,

For us to effectively assist you regarding this touchscreen issues, can you tell us if there were any changes made on your tablet prior to this concern (i.e., updates, software installation)?

As an initial troubleshooting, we advise that you download and run the devices and hardware troubleshooter. We also suggest that you uninstall your touchscreen driver from the Device Manager, and then download and install the latest one directly from the manufacturer's website. After ensuring that the correct driver is installed, check if the device is recognized in the Device Manager.

    Your reply is most important.
