cursor not blinking problem

I have the nonblinking cursor problem but so does EVERY SINGLE COMPUTER RUNNING WINDOWS 10 !

A windows update caused the problem. Therefore an update needs to FIX IT!

And don't wait 6 MONTHS like you did fixing my camera!

    it's not the mouse pointer that's the problem .

    it's the vertical line that blinks.

    the question below sent by someone else in december is the exact problem i am having.

    Is there any way to keep the cursor blinking? Latest Windows update causes cursor to stop blinking after a few seconds.

    I have WordPad and Notepad up on screen and the cursors are blinking in both.

    Open Start > Settings then click on Devices.

    Click on Mouse and touchpad and select pointer options.

    check if the box for Hide pointer while typing is checked, if it is, uncheck it..
