Add a Record to Sharepoint List

First time to use Logic Apps.
I tried searching but I can't find what I'm looking for.

I am trying to add a record in a SharePoint List using Logic Apps.
The app has 2 runs (1 fail 1 success).

Here's the error code:

But what happens is it add a record having null values for each column.

Please advise.

Hello @Jeffrey Gimongala , Apologies for delay. The error "Object must implement IConvertible" usually related to converting object types. Can you compare the types of the objects being passed between successful runs and failed ones? If this does not help resolve the issue, can you please provide more information on how you are adding the records to Sharepoint list?
