Hi,
Could we open the Task Manager while stuck by pressing Ctrl +Alt+Del?
As I mentioned the information in the link below. Mini dump and memory dump are useful to analyze problem. If system stuck or hang, crash dump could be useful.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/277281/blue-screen-with-different-strings-in-windows-10.html
We can manually trigger a crash dump. Please check the information in the link below.

At the same time, you could check event log if it would record some error.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
Best Regards,
Carl

Hi,
Specifications of my laptop as
- Processor: Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.80 GHz
- RAM: 12.0 GB
- HD: 250GB SSD + 1TB HD
- Graphics: Intel UHD 620 + 2GB Radeon 540
- OS: Windows 10 Home Single Language, 20H2 19042.804
Windows is installed in SSD.
All drivers and Windows are updated. However, I uninstalled and reinstalled display drivers 2-3 times.
Mostly I noticed, Windows gets stuck. Cursor stops moving. In this situation, I turn off by press and hold power button of the laptop.
Sometimes it gets stuck while doing general work and sometimes it gets stuck in idle mode.
There can be various ways to diagnose and some of them are like hit and trial method.
Please let me know ways so that I can find exact causes.
Best Regards
NndnG
