After installing the fall creators update for windows my blue snowball microphone will not work.  I have tried restarting the computer, and reinstalling the drivers.  It worked for a minute this morning but now is just not picking up any sound at all.  Is anyone else having an issue with this windows update or is it just my computer? Thanks everyone

Hi Joe,

A microphone is a sound receiver device that can record sounds and convert it to an audio file. Before you can make it work properly, you need to install its driver. There’s an alternate way to do it besides from the Device Manager. You can reinstall it through a Microphone Setup Wizard.

You can visit this link: How to set up and test microphones in Windows 10 to know how to install your microphone on your PC.

Furthermore, you can also visit the manufacturer’s website to look for a manual installer for this driver.
